Dr. Jarstad is a board certified ophthalmologist and is CEO and chief operating surgeon of Evergreen Eye Centers of Auburn, Burien and Federal Way, Washington. he is also an Associate Professor for Pacific NW University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine U.K. and has repeatedly been voted one of America’s Top Ophthalmologists by the Consumer Research Council. He is the inventor of the Jarstad Refractive Cataract Surgery Marker and has participated in FDA trials of new drugs and surgical devices in ophthalmology.
